Refund Policy

At Shirtero, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions. For assistance, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@shirtero.com.


1. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

We will assist customers who receive incorrect, damaged, or defective items. This includes:

  • The product does not match the description on our website (e.g., incorrect item, material, or size).
  • The product is torn, dirty, wet, or has manufacturing defects.
  • The print is blurry, out of place, or defective.
  • The print is damaged or peeling after the first wash.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, please submit your request within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order information for verification.
  • Photos of the packaging label.
  • Photos of the received items, including size tags and neck labels.
  • Clear photos of the defect or issue.

Note: If your order contains multiple items, please submit photos of all affected products side by side on a flat surface.

Upon verification, we will process your refund to the original payment method.


2. Wrong Size Received

If the size of the product received is different from what was ordered and does not match the product’s size guide (a difference of more than 1.5 inches from standard measurements), we will offer a refund or replacement.

Please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order details for verification.
  • Photos of the items and size tag/neck label.
  • Photos showing the actual measurements of the item (using a measuring tape).

Once we verify the discrepancy, we will process a refund or replacement.


3. Lost Shipments

If your order is lost during shipment, we will assist you in resolving the issue. Once tracking confirms delivery, we send an email confirmation.

Before reporting a lost item, please:

  • Check your mailbox and security cameras.
  • Ask your neighbors and local post office if they are holding your package.

If you have not received your package within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our Customer Support Team with:

  • Your order details.
  • Your verified shipping address.
  • Confirmation from your local post office that the package has not been received.

Upon verification, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.


4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request to support@shirtero.com.

After 6 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or canceled.


5. International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, we will support defective or unwanted item claims within 40 days of delivery.
