At Shirtero, we respect intellectual property rights and strictly prohibit the use of our platform to sell merchandise that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, trade dress, and rights of publicity. Users contractually agree to these terms before using Shirtero’s services.

1. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by a user on Shirtero, please submit a formal complaint to legal@shirtero.com with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the intellectual property owner or an authorized representative.

Once we receive a valid complaint, we may remove or disable access to the reported content in good faith and notify the user responsible for the material.

  • Identification of the removed material, including its location before removal.
